Transferring video?

I recorded a video using my iPhone 4 and want to transfer this to my iPad air1, is this possible at all, tried doing it by Bluetooth but I can't even get the two devices to discover each other.

If they're both signed in with the same Apple ID, the video should sync automatically through Photos. It should just be there.

Or you can airdrop via the control centre of not using the same AppleID.
