I'm glad you asked this question haha I think we can all learn a thing or two from you haha

What other games are you playing at the mo haha I mean on PC that is haha

On a more serious note.....

Been playing it myself lately and I enjoyed it, certainly not anything ground breaking but if you loved transformers G1 then you will like certain aspects of this game. Story is good, voice acting is great and the script is spot on plus they added a few things from the G1 cartoon film, which was a nice touch.

It is more or less the same as the first one regarding gameplay, some improvements here and there but in other areas not as good i.e. not being able to play as who you want to, instead you just have like 12 missions and can only play as the 1 character for them all, doesn't ruin it completely though but you only get to play as bumblebee in the first mission and starscream for one mission etc. and then some other stuff is stupid i.e. not being able to transform at any time with grimlock, instead you have to build rage up then transform and it only lasts for like a minute. Also they could have had more missions where you play as him especially as swoop and sludge, only got to play like 5-10 minutes with swoop and it was solely in his flight form.

The game is still a terrible port to the PC though, can't remap keys, pretty much no options for graphics and is capped to 60FPS (not a problem though and better than the first as you were capped to 30FPS for it), graphics are decent enough, again nothing ground breaking, very consolish looking with the textures etc. lighting is pretty good though and the robot designs all look great as well as the animations for the transformations. Plus I found for some scenes, that you couldn't make out a word that soundwave was saying and in some cutscenes the music was far too loud making it even harder to hear the voices.

Maybe about 10 hours of gameplay.

Overall, I enjoyed the first one more.

Definitely not a game worth spending £15+ on though (for the PC), unless you are a massive transformers fan :p
