Thinking of making a lan system watercooled.

What's the thoughts on transporting watercooled systems?

I've always used barbs with no issues, will they be good enough?

It's not like it's going to be thrown about recklessly, just placed into a car, driven to destination etc.

I used to take my rig back and forth to uni (6 journeys per year). Only problem I ever had was I'd occasionally end up with air further up the loop if the res wasn't full enough.

if you want to play it safe just drain the loop before you leave and refill when you arrive, it doesn't take long to drain and refill anyway.

Removing a hose from a fitting needs a lot more force than one would expect, I had to really tug mine off - im no longer worried about a tube just popping off :)

Yea, I had to cut mine off the barb last time I rebuilt :)

Won't be happening for a while, going air for the time being (well a closed loop like the H60)
