I have been looking at this game for wii, I am thinking of using it in a competition, is there like a time trial mode or something which will be ideal to use as part of a competition (someone who can do the surgery fastest or whatever)

On the youtube vids it seems as though you get scored on the time it takes?

Yes you can play a particular level over and over and yes it grades you based on time, but also accuracy etc.

Not sure if you could get the cabinets, but tbh with the wii would you really want one?
