Im leaving for NY in a few hours and im taking my DS. I have an AUS DS with a adapter plug to charge it over here. Just been into town and bought a UK>US travel adapter. Will I be able to use both adapters together?

DS > AUS to UK adapter > UK to US adapter > Wall...

Cheers..

I dont see why not as the electricity is just getting passed along but I have never tried it so i don't know

have a nice holiday :)

As you say im not putting a bigger voltage through and converting it down im putting a smaller voltage through and just making the connections fit...

I just wondered if anyone had tried it before so i knew 100% without taking a chance on blowing my DS to bits!

Hopefully it'll be great! Already got a list of DS games and Saints Row because i know its region free!

I'm probably too late but I'm pretty sure DS adapters are region (i.e. voltage) specific. I know my GBA SP I got in the US was. Europe is generally 220-240v @ 50hz with the US at 100-110v @ 60hz. Some gadgets use multi voltage adapters like the PSP (well my Japanese one does). These adapters will have something like '100-240v,50/60hz' written on them.
