Booked a holiday to Vegas with the other half last November, we're going in 3 weeks.

Was told in the travel agent's that both flights were definitely direct, tickets arrived today and the flights are scheduled for one stop before going on to the destination. I'm not too bothered about it, but I'm not happy about the fact that they never notified me at all (which they said they would if there were any changes). If I kicked up a fuss, would I be likely to get any freebies from them, or is it not worth bothering?

Id kick up a fuss, you may or may not get anything...at least get an apology if anything.

I'd kick up a fuss too and see what they say if you threaten to have been mis-sold them and want to cancel.

Do you have to change flights or is it just a stop over, if you do not need to change it is classed as a direct flight.

if you have it in writing that it would be a direct flight then yes i would kick a stink . I bet they knew all along . One tip afaik the only direct flights to vegas are from manchester and gatwick
