Travel Man

It used to be a nice mix of entertainment, showing you sights you would actually want to go see in that city, and then maybe something a bit random. Last few series it’s been more about the lols, doing something daft, and providing absolutely no insight or useful info. That was on with RA but I’m not sure I can put up with JL doing the same for a whole series.

We’ll probably still tape it and have it on when bored!
 
Even when Richard Ayoade was presenting it i felt it was getting dull and repetitive towards the end and hoped Joe Lycett would improve it.
 
Yeah, i think i tapered off around season 4 to be honest.

I now tend to just look at a specific episode if i'm looking to go somewhere just to see if there's anything worth doing. In Amsterdam for example i went on the boat tour which was really good and so different to most touristy tours. The fact there were people passing around joints whilst we drank a bottle of red wine was amusing!

I'm not surprised you think it's dull.
Richard Ayoade, Joe Lycett, James Acaster, Aisling Bea...... Not only does that sound like a list of guests who didn't win Taskmaster, it's also a list of really boring, unfunny comedians.

I'm surprised that they don't have other people than just comedians.
