Did he stop 911?

Because they said something about going back further in time. Is it possible 001 went back and stopped 911?

Been awhile but no I don't believe he stops 9/11, sadly they cancelled it one of the better shows of the last few years.

EDIT: To quote someone from YT:

It was not prevented. McLaren went back in time to prevent the Director from sending 001, nothing more, nothing less. At the very end of the scene, you see him check his watch and leave. The first tower was struck at 08:46am. He arrived at the office at 08:33am and presumably left before the first plane hit.
