No idea if it's any good but a lot seem to be playing it.

Travian is a browser based MMOG where you can compete with thousands of other players by taking control of a small village and leading your people to glory and victory.

Anyone tried it? I've just started on server3.

cool, i've started on Server 3 as [OCUK]Swex in the southeast as the tueton only been on for a few mins but i presume you can start alliances on here.

To found an alliance you need an embassy at level 3. To be able to join an alliance you just need an embassy at level 1 and, of course, an invitation to join the alliance.

Whoever gets there first create OCUK

i've got 28 villagers atm, first i'm going to build my barracks and then the embassy level 3 and make an alliance unless someone else has done it by then.

Yeah, i've noticed that on mine.

Maybe crops don't grow so much at certain times of day?

Like a day cycle type thing.
