Travian - how do I free trapped prisoners

I'm playing as a Gaul, and have enemy soldiers trapped.
How do I go about freeing them\holding them to ransom?

I can't see the option anywhere...

You can release them using the rally point.

To ransom them you have to message the guy that sent them and demand your ransom. If he pays up release them using the option in the rally point.
