Treasure Hunt

My work are having a Team Building Outing afterwork tonight and its a Treasure Hunt - ooo how exciting :rolleyes:

a few teams all in cars driving round the area following clues etc.......meet up at a pub afterwards for a free meal & drink (Well Pie & Peas & prob a shandy)

Teams have just been emailed round & I have been Teamed with my Dept Manager (The Most annoying guy in the world) & another guy I hardly know.
(come on why could i not of been teamed with the office hottie's) :mad:

I have no idea what to expect so have any of you been on a Treasure Hunt thingy before? if so any idea's or tips etc....

BTW the reason i want to win is the prizes up for grabs we have been told it's a big expencive prize......

You do realise that means it isn't expensive at all, right?

Sounds like the most important thing is a fast car with good weapons and armour.

It’s fun. You get a map. No directions only clues based on the shapes of road junctions. There should also be some written clues and questions to answer. Might even be a control to go through. Lots of fun and you need a good navigator or you’ll be stopping all the time. Take a pencil so you can mark the route as you go along. Saves hassle if you have to backtrack. Intelligence and not speed is required.

LOL fast car, it's 1.6 TDI Golf with a tracker on it....

the prizes they give out at such events are usually very good, Xbox, PS3 LCD or LED TV's etc so worth the effort to try & win these
