So, if I don't drink this weekend, I have reached my goal and allowed to buy my self a little gift (not really got a budget, I'm doing this to stop weekend binge drinking, not save money).
So, I am in need of a sound card that can output a digital DTS/DD signal 5.1 through optical.
As simple as that, I want my games to be output into 5.1 sound. Not PCM. HD movies are fin as the onboard optical out, simply outputs what ever is playing.
So yea, ideas?
