Trial version of Corel videostudio out of sync

Ive got the trial of this software but when i load a mts file the audio becomes out of sync if its in project but plays fine if im just playing the clip in videostudio

Framerate? It needs to be the same as the original. US software tends to default to 29.97fps for interlaced sources whereas UK tv is 25fps. Blu-ray is 24fps.
