My 7600go runs it at lowest settigs, just...

Even my 8800GTS 640Mb can't run it full tilt with the high quality lighting option

You won't be locked to a single machine, it quite happily installed on both my laptop and desktop.

Can't see any options for using a pad, however if *** pad is at all programmable then you will be able to.
