I've got the cash together to move to Sat>IP which will fit better with my virtualised server systems. I'd love to get a Digital DEvices Octopus NET quad S2 unit but after shipping and import fees it costs well over $700 NZ Dollars.
The Triax TSS400 MKII can be delivered for $300 including fees which is far more palatable but I am concerned about performance... Does any one have any views on the Triax unit? Specifically, tuner performance, stream setup times with with tv servers such as TVH or DVBLink, support and firmware updates plus any niggles and problems. I've read reasonable reviews on Amazon for this but value any users comments.
