Through entirely my own wrongdoing and general incompetence, I have completely stripped the pedal threads off both crank arms on my triban 3 front chain set.

I would just order a like for like from Decathlon but for some reason they seem to be extremely hard to get hold of at the moment. So I'm looking for some advice on an alternative, that I'll be able to get in time for the weekend when I have a ride planned with some friends. I'm pretty noobish with bikes still so any help would be great. The details of one on the bike already are:

  • 170mm crank arms
  • 7/9s drivetrain, triple chainwheel, minimum 119mm square tapered bottom bracket
  • 1 aluminium chainset including three 50x39x30 chainwheels

Not sure what exactly it all means but hopefully it makes sense to some of you.

Thanks.

This is probably what you have. Cant see the crank length listed though. They might have different sizes available, common sizes are 170mm, 172.5mm and 175mm
