but 2600MHz is being a pain, iv got 11-13-13-25-1T to boot in but it wont stay stable

I know the secondarys are on auto, i got 2600MHz to boot with

tWR 16
tRFC 214
tRRD 7
tWTR 10
tRTP 10
tFAW 30
tCWL 8

But not stable.... any ideas?

**EDIT**

This is 2400MHz XMP

TridentX 2400 mhz are Samsung IC, so Tras low!!!!! Is your first step. At 2400 9-11-11-21 1T is your friend. 2600 is easy when you can tune the thirds, your seconds are very slack for 2600 to be honest and even 2400 the board must be setting tight thirds which means your way out on seconds.

What seconds you using 2400 they will be tunable.

2400 VTT start at 1.25 and work down.

FYI The seconds for those dimms tight should go like this with decent IMC at 2600mhz:
TWR 10
TRFC 96 or 114
TRRD 6
TRTR 5
TRTP 5
TFAW 12
TCWL 8

But I am guessing you cant boot because of the thirds. Do you get a post code LED with that board?? where does it hault???

Samsung scales well to 1.75-1.775v anyway so you have some voltage leg room.

ok so 9-11-11-25-1T seems a little unstable 4 hrs in to memtest and it failed.

10-12-12-25-1T is 8 hrs stable uses lower volts and only yields marginally lower results in tests

just isnt stable enough mate, im happy with the clock i have.

thankyou again for your help.

Maybe you could make a guide on how to oc ram? ask a mod to sticky it, you are undoubtedly a wealth of mem oc knowledge....... just a thought :)

How about trying to push BLK and hence frequency now then.

A guide is difficult due to people using so many different kits,IC's, MB's and Platforms.
