Tried my logi z-680s on max vol for 30secs or so

A few days ago I tried my Z-680s on full volume since having them a yr ago. All I can say is "wowww and never again". After a few secs on full vol, the sound quality was still very clear but my ears gave up and sounded all muffled and they were getting worse (like in a night club but much worse) ouch..

But it had to be done sooner or later. :D

Apparntly the logi 5500s are the same as the 680s accept the 5500s use 10inch subs instead of a 8inch. To bo honnest the 8 inch sub is more then enough, my sub level is only on the 3rd notch up out of 20, or something stupid like that. Ppl say that the 680s are a better allrounder cos the bass is totally overpowering with the 5500s

my ears could only stand about 30secs of it, prob not even that, but yeah I guess if I had it at that volume for any length of time, I would have complants and very sore ears :p

It makes my wonder my z680s are 505watts,, just think how loud the creative ones are at 700watts,, surely your ears would blow if you used all 700watts, cos with my 505watts it took literally 5secs for my ears to become muffled... But like I said "never again". :D

yer, i can drown my S750's out with my guitar amp.... 700watts rms vs 10watts... 10 watts wins... who'd of thunk it....
