(tried search) Tomtom map compatibility question

I'm just wondering if the maps i have from my old pda (tomtom navigator 3.03) will work with tomtom mobile 5+ which will be on my nokia 6600 ?.

Just thought it might be worth asking here before trawling the tomtom forums.

I thought the PDA version was different from the mobile phone versions but I could be wrong but pretty sure.

As for the maps. Errrm not 100% but my PDA has updated maps, version 6.something.

Get those updated maps.

Tbh i did think that they would be, as Tomtom would surely use a single file type for all maps etc, my only concern was activation, the maps are genuinely purchased (all be it a few years ago), but i was concerned about how you would do that on the 6600. But then i suppose tomtom mobile will take care of it or something?. Hmm lol.
