Tried to overclock CPU and now I can't boot Windows or get into BIOS?

System details in sig. Here's what happened. I set CPU Voltage to Offset Mode in BIOS and set offset to -0.2v. Then I saved and rebooted and although I can see the Asus logo after powering on It won't let me into BIOS even if I mash Del, and after flashing the Asus logo it just goes to a blank screen instead of the Windows logo appearing. It just hangs there until I hard power-off. I've already tried resetting the jumper but that didn't help.

Any help would be appreciated as bricks are currently in the process of being... You know what.

With the PSU off, pop the little round battery out on the mobo for a min or so and then replace. Fool proof way to reset the CMOS

Thanks yeah. That was the next thing I tried after straightforward jumper reset. It seems to have worked. The first time I booted into Win7 after reseating battery I got a BSOD, but since then everything seems to be okay.

I noticed that the first time I booted after reseat the voltage was around 1.15 but the second time it was 1.2, so hopefully that accounts for it. Don't know why it was low the first time though. I'll just put it down to weirdness.
