I bought an item off boohoo, so not some no name place.
Tried to set up a return and couldn't. Kept getting errors.
So I tried to email (found on reddit) and messenger (their only contact option) with no response.
I'm guessing I need to keep the email (as proof I tried to sort this) and next step is to go to card issuer?
Return window has technically closed today.
Never had this from a legit shop before.
