TriFire - x4 monitors - help?

Hi guys, bit of help needed if you don't mind...

I've been running x3 6970's for a while now with x3 monitors. I've since "borrowed" a 4th monitor which I've installed above the middle monitor.

Issue is I can't get it to turn on in Windows.

I've got the monitors all plugged into the primary (top mounted?) card in my machine. X2 via DVI and x2 via Displayport. The 3 "current" monitors work fine, (x2 DVI and x1 DisplayPort), I added the 4th monitor to the spare DisplayPort on the back of the card (actually, I used a Displayport to HDMI converter as I don't actually have a Mini-Displayport to normal displayport cable).

Is there anything I need to enable / disable in Catalyst Control Manager or within Windows to allow the 4th monitor to turn on?

Many thanks,

There's your problem. Monitor 3 and above needs to run via DP signals, it can't do VGA/DVI/HDMI signals.

Thanks Orcvader - gutted, thought I could sneak round it by using the DP port with a HDMI converter.... I guess I'll just have to get a real DP cable instead.

Thank you for the clarification :-)
