Building a new computer for my nan. The computer will only be for general use so this build log won't be too exciting.

wouldnt the cpu benefit from faster ram, maybe 2000mhz+

i suppose if its just normal use then it will be fine

That certainly looks like it'll do the job. What OS is she going to be using?

If the computer is only for general use you are adding stuff that you will not need such as 8GB of memory, a CPU cooler, and two fans.

The build is good, I'm not doubting that. All I'm saying is that you could have saved yourself £60 going for a cheaper build.
