Anyone tried this?

I'm new to the whole 'Google Cardboard'/VR thing, but Trinius VR allows you to plug in your gyroscope enabled phone to your PC, and stream the dual screen/3D video. Allows for head tracking and movement as well. I don't have any lenses or the google cardboard thing, but wondered if anyone else had tried it?

I'm gonna give this a go. Always thought of having something like this, but never bothered looking into it.

Wonder how it works with the mouse, might have to try a controller for full 360.

Just read you have to play games in windowed mode, So hopefully i wont have an issue with crossfire.

Since it is recommended to adjust the aspect ratio to 4:3 or 8:9, hopefully performance will be ok.

I dropped my 2 monitors down to 1, and ran BF4 at 1080x1920 - no issues re. framerates

Without positional tracking, it seems like a good way to induce motion sickness
