Trip to ISS/Orbit, would you do it?

If I wasn't a family man I'd do it irrespective of any risk, maybe in generations to come it'll be commonplace but for ours it'd be a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Yeah I dont think many would turn that down. I would love to go because I think being able to see the planet from space 1st hand would be an amazing experience, and also you essentially get to fly around the station.

Of course I would. Also they dont even use the US Shuttle anymore. Soyuz only. At the minute I would be happy to risk my life to go just so the lack of mavity sorts my dodgy back out :)

Why?
I hope you have got a good CT to go with it.

Because he's a fundamentalist and probably thinks it's blasphemy. Best if everyone adds him to ignore. as every time he posts it's like this.

No thanks, maybe when we're doing tours on Mars or something.

Why not?
Or does light pollution hide the wonder of the universe.
Being able to look back and see this blue planet that every human ever has been born, lived and died. Then look the other way and see the universe I'm clarity without the atmosphere messing it up. That's before you get on to things like weightlessness.
