Triple monitor question

Currently I have 2 monitors running from my x1800xt graphics card. I would like to add one more, how would I go about doing it? Can I just buy another cheap graphics card and connect it to that?

Yup, just make sure you have another PCI-E slot

What about the second card? Can I just pick up a second hand x300 or x700 or something? Will Windows automatically set it up?

Any card will do. Just make sure you install the drivers after, then you can set everything up with Windows.

I think DisplayFusion is better now. Its about half the price, and was updated for Win7 much faster than UM was. There are a couple of things that it couldn't do that ultramon did, though I can't for the life of me remember what they are now.
