Triple monitor question

Hi,

I'm currently using 2 gfx cards to get my desktop extended over 3 monitors, but I would like to downsize and replace with one card, and on the cheap too as I don't play any games or do anything gfx intensive.

I'm a bit lost with all the display ports and eyefinity and shared clocks between HDMI and DVI and not being able to use HDMI, DVI and VGA at the same time on one card etc etc...

Is there anything out there that will either let me use VGA, DVI and HDMI at the same time, or even 2x DVI + HDMI, or do I need to start getting fancy with display ports and whatnot?

Thanks

My GTX 670 outputs to 3 screens at once using 2 DVI and 1 HDMI. I think all the 6 series do this from 1 card.

I use one 7850, two active mini-displayport>DVI adapters and one from the standard DVI.

It also worked fine with one adapter, an HDMI cable and the DVI. But the hdmi driver kept on crashing when the monitor came out of standby.

I use a Sapphire 7950 Vapor X and have 3 monitors connected.

DVI->VGA Adapter -> Left
DisplayPort->VGA Adapter -> Right
DVI straight to main IPS Monitor -> Centre

either or, I can't see you getting any real benefit out of the gigabyte over the KFA, except maybe warranty support from Gigabyte is usually pretty good and I'm not sure what KFA are like

Sorry if I'm being silly, but I thought the KFA didn't support three monitors?
