Triple Monitor Setup

I'm just building a new PC and decided to buy an NVidia GTX 780 so that I can run three monitors. I already have one Samsung 22" monitor (running at a maximum of 1680 x 1050).

As I'll need to buy two other monitors, are there any suggestions on what to use. I'll be running modern FPS-type games on there, e.g. Battlefield 4. As I've already spent quite a bit on the general rig, I don't want to spend too much on the monitors.

I've heard that the ViewSonic VX2370SMH-LED 23" monitors are good and they seem to get good reviews - and only £130.00 each. Are there any other suggestions for sub-£150?

Can I still use the Samsung which won't be running at HD resolutions alongside the other two when playing games?

TIA.

Those look pretty good, although a bit over budget as you say. I'm hoping that it makes sense to keep my Samsung, so the frameless design won't matter too much as I would have those either side.

That is of course, if it makes sense to keep the Samsung.

My advise- ditch the 1680x1050 monitor and get 3x 1080p monitors.
I am running 3 monitors- 24",25" and 27" (1920x1080, 1920x1200 and 2560x1440). Two of them are Dell and one Hazro. It's a nightmare- colors are all different, moving the mouse cursor from one monitor to another results in hitting a wall where the resolutions don't match, response time is different. I mostly do 3D work on them but occasionally game and it sucks.

Get 3 identical monitors, forget about the 1680x1050 resolution. It all comes down to money as always but if you can afford it- go for it. Maybe wait for Christmas to get some nice deals.

Best of luck.

It certainly makes sense. So now it's a question of what monitor x 3. I really don't want to be spending more than £150.00 each - so are the ViewSonic ones I mention above any good? Does anybody have them that can confirm?
