How is the best way to go about triple monitors nowadays? I have a ATI 5700 HD.

Last I heard triplehead2go was a good product to go for but is there need for such product nowadays?

Thanks, Ben.

With your 5770 card you can do triple monitors without much hassle. The only issue is that one of the monitors will need to be connected up to the graphics card by a Display Port connection. Active adapters like this can be used to connect up to DVI monitors - but it is easier to use at least one monitor that has a native display port input.

Also, if you want to play games in eyefinity (using all monitors as if they were one massive one) you will need to match the resolutions of the monitors.

Aye, a 5770 isn't ideal - but it can be done, so long as you only play older/less demanding games on eyefinity.

However, looking at the OP's other posts he will be mainly using triple monitors for web/graphic design and video editing. Which a single 5770 should handle without any issue, so long as the correct monitors and adapters are used.

Yeah, although I do game - I don't plan on gaming with eyefinity as I dont have the cash to splash out on a new GPU along with new monitors. Not to mention the need of a new cpu/mobo/ram. :D
