Triple screen setup

I am looking to buy a complete new PC for gaming and am interested to have a 3 monitors setup for GTR2 and Rfactor.
What would you advise in term of Pc spec and bets video card?

For 3 monitors you'll need 2 graphics cards, so either an SLi (nvidia cards) or a CrossfireX (ati cards) setup.
