Triple to Ultrawide

I've currently got 2x 21.5" monitors (on the outside) and 24" monitor in the middle - all of which are 1080p, the middle monitor is 165Hz - I've used triple monitors for about 15+ years so it's always what I've been used to.

I'm tempted to replace my middle monitor with an Ultrawide curved monitor (e.g. Samsung Odyssey G5 34") but then it got me thinking.. would I be better just spending a bit more on a larger Ultrawide monitor and remove the triple monitors entirely (e.g. 49" Ultrawide curved).

Has anyone made the jump from triple monitors to Ultrawide? What did you change from and to, and would you do anything different?

I mostly just use them for general browsing/videos (e.g. browser on left monitor, video on center, office/discord/etc. on right) and maybe the rare game.

Does it need to be OLED?

NEO G9 57" might be tempting for you if you want to go all out.

45" sizes also exist that may fit the vertical height you're after more than the 49" models.

What's your budget?

No specific budget in mind but the cheaper the better - preferably under 1k if I'm going for a larger ultrawide to replace all 3.

It doesn't need to be OLED

If your considering a 49" monitor and fancy oled the the Philips Evnia 49" 49M2C8900L/00 QD-OLED Curved 5120x1440 144Hz 0.03ms 90w USB C Ultrawide Curved Gaming Monitor for £800 seems a decent option.
