Tripod advise

I’m looking to buy my first tripod and would like some advice please.
I would like to keep the cost down to a minimal as i still want to buy some new lens.
Having a look on ebay I found 2 that I like the look of.
2 questions are they any good and if so which should I go for?

No, but they are really good value for money. Manfrotto are probably one of, if not the best tripod brand.

iv just orderd a 284 with RSH-61 ball head
