Tripod for D5100?

Can anyone recommend a good tripod for shooting video with a D5100? I am just using standard size lenses: 35mm f/1.8, 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6, 70-200mm f/2.8. I have no idea what features I need, I will be using it primarily for filming indoor sports, maybe some home videos too.
