Tripod recommendations

I've recently been given a Sony DSC H400 bridge camera, it has a 63x zoom. At full zoom I find it very difficult to keep still enough to get good shots (wildlife mainly) so I'm looking for some tripod recommendations from you guys.

So, my needs are lowish cost, light weight as i'll be trekking to nature spots and durability.
