Just dropped the deposit on a new one (to me anyway) this past weekend.

Wanted one of these for a while... my 3rd bike

2001 model, only 6,700miles, mature owner... only ever been out of the garage in sun... gearbox feels like new, wonderful triple torque curve... handling inspires confidence... much prefer it to similar year jap bikes... needs a new can tho

She's getting a fresh MOT & I pick her up on friday morning

Nice... nearly went for a '10 plate speed triple... unfortunately the bank said no... I'm still v. happy with my purchase though... will take me ~6 months to save up the cash for a new triple (unless I get some overtime), so that'll probably wait til next year and the 2012 model whatever that may be

Picked her up yesterday... am LOVING this bike!

2.6 Gallons for 108 miles too... and that was not being light on the throttle... better economy than the CBR!

Some updated pics... light getting a bit low so they haven't come out the best...

May have gotten her quite low already too... never got the CBR down like this... haven't cleaned the wheel, hence the brake dust:
