I wonder if anyone can give me some advice/help please.
Last week we upgraded to Trooli's 2Gbps service, previously we were on the 900Mbps package.
I am now getting around 1.9Gbps down but only 900-950Mbps up via various speedtest sites/servers while hardwired to the new Zyxel box.
Trooli are insisting I must have an issue my end and nothing is wrong their end.
I have tested with both my onboard motherboard 5Gbps port and a 2.5Gbps network adapter attached to a 10Gbps USB-C port and have tried two different CAT6 cables.
This PC is the only device I have capable of doing the full speed so can't test other devices which makes things harder.
Anyone else had similiar issues and were able to fix it?
