Trouble cleaning/clearing/ transfering hard disk space

Hey guys, currently getting notifications that hard disk space is running low?

I have an 128SSD and 1TB Drive,

the SSD is REALLY FULL like 20mb left So I want to move files over to the HD, But when I click on the Drive its all programme folders and wont let me move them?

Tried 'clean up disk' but that only save a couple Mb

Any Ideas?

Try treesize or spacesniffer: http://www.uderzo.it/main_products/space_sniffer/download.html

See if you can free up some space yourself. If it's program files then you likely can't just copy/paste or move them but will need to uninstall/reinstall the product.

If it is all installed programs, you need to uninstall and re-install each of the programs doing a custom install and choosing the larger drive
If you want to transfer the whole OS then look at something like Macrium Reflect

Turn off system restore. (already off? try the next step)

Move your pagefile to another drive, reboot. (move it back after clearing the space)

Run CCleaner
Treesize trial, this will tell you where the big files/folders are.

C:\Nvidia\ and C:\AMD\ can be deleted. There are a lot of locations that can be cleared out.

It's possible to keep your install really small if you don't add too much to it, I've got a Windows 10 machine on a 30GB SSD.
