Hi all, been giving staff new phones at work (Moto G) and has been plain sailing until today when I went to set up their Exchange account on the device it kept saying that it wouldn't connect to the server, even though I know it works as i've already done about 30 successfully.
Anyone ran into this problem? I read somewhere there was an issue late last year but should have been fixed. I've come across 2 out of about 40 which are throwing up the same "Can't connect to server" error when trying to set up email on the device.
It's stumped me! Anyone able to offer any pearls of wisdom?
