My Microsoft keyboard has died and I was under the impression that Microsoft will replace it.
I got to the part of the Microsoft site where it lets you choose which piece of hardware you have - they only have a small number of keyboards listed and mine was not on it. So I just chose one of the keyboards anyway and put my product ID in and it came up with the error message "The product ID number you entered is not supported in the country that you have selected".
The keyboard is about 6 years old and is called 'Microsoft Internet Keyboard' as far as I can tell. How can I get it replaced if they don't have this keyboard listed?
