Trouble installing DOW2 DLC

I can't seem to install the content off my DOW2 Chaos rising or vanilla for registering it on their site Live accepts the codes and I've official bought them but they never download >_>

btw I think you mean bow rather than 'prow'

sadly the other 2 won't install still but the librarium does
