Trouble installing vmwarer server 2

I am having a little trouble installing VMware Server 2 on my Windows Server 2003 x64 machine. The .exe launches and I get 'preparing 'VMware Server for Installation' box and thats it - it then goes back to the desktop.

Any ideas anyone?

Im assuming you already have IIS installed?

check the Data Execution Prevention settings for the server, it is probably blocking the installation.

If that fails, just use version 1.06, much better than the web based rubbish
