Trouble ordering

Anyone by chance know the lockout time on making orders ? I placed an order, Foobarred the card details, Went to re-order with correct card details and the checkout page said my purchase limit had been reached.

Guessing 24 hour lockout ?

ahhhhhh yeah that helps. Haha sorry. Is it Bank Holiday tomorrow? Not sure they'll be open on Bank Holiday.

Either way they're your best bet in your situation. No ones palming you off honest

ahhh nope thats fri and next monday lol

I just remembered actually when this happened to me, thought was another seller but just double checked my emails and was deffo ocuk- you should be able to update your payment details from the order page, and of had an email saying about wrong payment details? did you not get that? this was a few years ago mind

could possibly have been old expired card i tried to order with, either way should have been emailed
