Trouble with ipod and Vista x64

I keep getting this message when i try to add songs to my ipod

iTunes could not save your music folder because you do not have write access. Check permissions on your music folder and folder in your music folder, then try copying this file again

I have no idea what i have to do to sort this out so any help would be great

I can't seem to get this program to load? :confused:

There is one file in its folder dopisp.dll

I didn't read the description properly

i thought it was a program similar to itunes
