Trouble with ISO image! Help!?

I'm slipstreaming software for a catalogue CD with an installer. Problem is I've created an ISO but have left off a rather important cabinet file.

Is there a way I can 'de iso' the image then add the cabinet file to it!?

Not a 100% sure but maybe UltraISO can assist.

as the above poster suggested use ultraiso, open the iso and drag and drop in the extra files you need, save the iso
job done

Hmm, got to pay for it tho if the ISO is over 300mb! I take it that I open the ISO drag the file to it, then just go save!?
