hi yes have
ryzen 1800x

msi x370 titanuim

evga supernova 750p2 psu

16gb ram

think i connected the 24pin and 8pin also connected the other power cable properly

Check your front panel connectors are installed properly, then go back over the power leads (both ends if you've got a modular PSU). Next step is to take your mobo out of the case and see if it boots (lie it on a piece of cardboard or something).

thanks for the replys will go over the power leads tomorrow think i put the 6pin lead to vga 1 and the 8pin to vga 2 on the modular psu do you think that would have an effect

to make it a bit easier if its got a onboard gpu use that and try getting it to boot with the basics, once its working you can stick back in the gpu.

what processor are you using? the I7 7700K Kaby lake and I5 7600K both have igpus in the processor, mobo shows it has on board sockets for HDMI/DVI-D/DisplayPort ports

It's a Ryzen 1800X. It doesn't have integrated graphics but I thought the X370 motherboards had very basic onboard graphics themselves. Maybe I was wrong. They do have some graphics ports, although maybe those are for future APUs.

Another thing to check is that your cooler is plugged into the main CPU_FAN header (this header tends to need connecting for successful start-up, whether with the CPU cooler or something else) and not a SYS_FAN header.

Further on, if no joy, re-seat the CPU and inspect for any thermal paste stains/hairs/etc on the contact pins and also check for any bent pins. You can do this when/if you try assembling it outside of the case, to rule out a short with the case.
