Trouble with new memory

Today I recieved another 2x4gb Corsair Vengeance sticks to go with the 2x4gb Corsair Vengeance sticks I already have. I put all four into my Motherboard and started my pc and... Well it started up, shut down, started up, shut down over and over. I tried the 2 new ones alone to see if they work, and they do but having all 4 in my pc will not start. Anyone know if I have to change anything in the BIOS for all 4 to work or have any other ideas why this may be?

CPU - i5-4670k
MoBo - Gigabyte z87-hd3
GPU - Geforce GTX 770 (4gb)

Not sure if I need to add any other details about my pc

as in clearing the CMOS? or simply resetting in the bios menu? as I have done that in the menu already.

So I updated my bios and now when it starts up I get a black screen, one of my fans stops working and then after a short while of being booted it restarts. Do I need to change something to do with voltage for my motherboard?

Ok so I raised the -system agent voltage - CPU IO Analog -CPU IO Digital voltage to +200 each. I turned off XMP and now it is working with all 4 sticks. Is there any disadvantage with disabling XMP and is there a risk to my CPU raising those volts?

Can try with just +0.030, works for me. And without XMP your RAM is not even overclocked so you may not need as much.

Can up the SA voltage by 0.03v too.

To answer your questions, it should be ok but is too much without an overclock, imo. Will also help reduce a little heat if you lower those voltages and find the sweet spot.

So do I need my XMP on? I would like them all to be running at the correct timings etc so if I need to change more I will try it. I just read that some lad on a different forum put his up +0.200V and thats why I did that. Since getting it working I havent went back into my BIOS to try enabling XMP so do you think it would be worth changing my volts to what you said and enabling XMP until I find my sweet spot?. Also what is the SA voltage? sorry I really dont know much about BIOS and how to use them.

I understand what SA is now, sorry for being such a 'noob'. So I put the volts as you said and enabled XMP and it booted straight up

not sure how if it will last but for now all is good thank you.

So this morning I powered up my PC and it would not start. So this time I changed my SA + digi/analog IO from +0.03v to +0.08v I also put my DRAM volt up to 1.6 rather than 1.5 just to see if that would make my pc start will all slots in, and it did. The timings etc on cpu-z are now all the same as you said they should be (I think).

I have a question though, should I have changed the DRAM volt? I am guessing I shouldnt have to be changing anything at all but for some reason I am, I wonder if maybe my PSU has anything to do with it.
