Hi guys been having this problem with trying to SLI my 2 460's. That hopefully someone will be able to help with
My computer set up is
Mobo: ASUS Z87-A
CPU: Intel I7-4770K
RAM: 16GB Crucial
PSU: 750W XFX Pro XXX Edition
Graphics 1: Gainward GTX 460 1GB Golden Sample
Graphics 2: eVGA GeForce GTX 460 (1024 MB)
HDD1: 150GB Samsung
HDD2: 1TB WD
HDD3: 500GB WD
HDD4: 2TB Seagate
I have tried everything I can think of to get the SLI option to show up in the NVIDIA control panel.
The cards have been reseated
I have swapped them round reinstalling drivers both ways
Booted with and without the SLI board
Tried multiple SLI boards
The drivers for the graphics cards are fully up to date and the BIOS version for the mobo is fully up to date aswell.
I have even tried out HyperSLI to no result
As far as I can see there is nothing stopping these cards from SLI'ing. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.
