Hiya!
Thank you for reading, I was not quite sure where to post this, as I have never had this problem before.
I recently build a new system, but it is doing something strange..
When I start the computer up, after a few minutes it will "Freeze". I can still move my mouse around, but cannot interact with programs that are open. This will last a few seconds (half a minute or so), and then will work fine from that point on without any problems at all.
This almost always happens whenever I start the pc up, and every time a few minutes after startup. This is just a one time freeze, after that it will run smoothly without any problems.
I am at a loss as what I should check for. My CPU never goes above 40 when not running games or other heavy programs, and even when gaming I havent seen it go above 50.
