Troubleshooting on new build

Hi, just built new PC.

Was going to do Raid0 but one of the hard drives seems to be shot. I have an OEM Vista Home Premium 64bit but I'm thinking I should install it until I've RMA'd the 2nd HDD, correct? Or, can I install vista on the single hdd, rma the 2nd and then format it once the new disk arrives and then reinstall the same CD key again?

Just a tad unsure on the liscensing.

How many times can I install Windows on my computer before I have to activate Windows again?

You can reinstall Windows on the same computer as many times as you want because activation pairs the Windows product key with information about your computer hardware. If you make a significant hardware change, you might have to activate Windows again.
