Bought a Superflower 1300 3.5 years ago.

Oddly Saturday monring my machine started rebooting after a short while. It gradually got worse until the machine would just turn on and off and on and off and never reach bios. Left it a while and it would reach windows.

I put the old graphics card back in, I recently bought one, and it was still doing it. So not the new graphics card at fault.

Tried my 9 year old bequite 750w and machine was fine. Then put the SF back in and it would start rebooting again. It would take perhaps 10mins...then reboot and time between reboots would decrease until it wouldn't post.

Bought a new one and rma'd the Superflower (all in store). Machine works fine with the new seasonic ultra.

I've never had a PSU fail on me, just glad it didn't take anything out with it.

Superflower are fantastic I know, but dissappointing all the same.

OCuk have now rejected my RMA saying 48 hrs of stress showed nothing wrong.

Now I have a spare PSU I can't use (ignoring my very old one which I wouldn't trust due to age).

Could the mobo have developed an adversion to that particular PSU?

So it works fine with the old bequiet and the new seasonic?
Yes mate. No problems at all.

The SF would reboot my machine as described above. I did the test several times checking connectors were firmly in. Once I got the seasonic and that too worked, I assumed the RMA would be a given.

My build has not had any issues.

It being a PSU it isn't a fun thing to keep testing with the risks involved.

Feel pretty annoyed.and don't know where to go next.

A mate has suggested videoing it. I'd replace my new gfx card with my old one so not to damage any new components, the rest of my rig is 5 years old.
